Hi Everyone.
I would be very grateful if someone could give me some advice on what kind of problem I may have.

I have noticed some oil leak like greasy duct near the A/C pipe on the side where the air filter box is.

I believe it may be the A/C seals. Has anyone has a similar problem  ? Is it something costly to have it repaired? Will I need the AC regassed again?

I will try to post a photo

The AC is working fine other than have a bit of smell in the cabin when first switched on.
Thanks for the Help.

Hi noticed similar oily smears in the same area ,wiped it clean with paper towel to discover its coolant , having just changed timing belt water pump coolant flush and fan belt. I must have over filled the header tank, as you can see in your photo the overflow is just forward of this area.
I know its been a few months since your post on this subject but this may help to stop others worrying.

I noticed this on mine too, and with found that that section of a.c. pipe was visible through the wheel arch and had been corroded over time with salt etc. Had it replaced and regassed and was fine. Found the pipe in a scrap yard and just had to get the clamps for each end of the pipe from MrT
