Hi Andy, yes but I was looking for something cheaper as their price is £450 compared with £55 for the equivalent non-OEM part for the diesel Amazon. |

That's probably much cheaper than if purchased from Toyota, but I do see what you mean compared with a diesel one, so what about getting a stainless one made or having a steel pipe welded in to cut out the box, this would make the exhaust noise sound better. _________________ It's Not a Bl**dy Jeep it's a Landcruiser

Hi
Have you tried e**y as a temporary fix as I had to buy the silencer back box from a scrap dealer in bham.
Mine runs on LPG and as a result the exhaust tend to rot a lot quicker due to the vapour produced. _________________ 1999 LC100 V8 4.7 |

Thanks for the suggestion, although I think my box may be past that as my local mechanic already tried to weld it but there was not enough metal left for the welds! I would be happy with a box from a scrapped car but cannot find any. |
