Pulling my hair out on this one.
Bought myself a 100 series back in November, needed a lot of work, chassis looks good but needed new wings, suspention, tyres, wheels ect.
In about Feb when I was grinding off the back left shock absorber I nicked the brake pipe. didnt realise at the time.
finally got the vehicle all back together and went to bleed the brakes as I had completely removed the rear axle.
Found leak, made up new pipe, not done this before so wasnt aware you needed to double flare the joints, went for a drive and the pipe popped off, lost all brakes and fluid, dash lit up like a christmas tree with nice warning lights to match.
Attemp 2 to fix, brake pipe now on correctly and holding. everything is okay. a week or so later, abs light starts flashing occassionaly, then constantly on with buzzer.
Bit of googling and seems to say hydro boost motor failure, quote from Toyota £2500. so  got a second hand unit for £750.
Fitted this, bled it up, all good.

Decided to go on holiday to Scotland, couple hundred miles into the trip, ABS light and buzzer came on. I decided to continue with the trip and sussefully managed 1500 miles withit beeping intermittantly at me.
we are now a few months on, back on the original master cylinder, I have bled 20 litres of fluid through it, I have used two different computers to do an abs bleed on both master cylinders.
Sometimes it seems to beep with no fault codes, other times it says Hydro boost motor malfunction and two pressure switch failures. Accumilator/motor on both master cylinders cycle repeatedly

Any suggestions?
