Ha ha , its shade to keep the sun off that I have a job doing , I have my 120 parked under a 6 x 3 metre canopy , but the sun beems on the right hand side of the car from 11am till 6pm so I cover the wheels to stop the sun UV cracking the sides of the tyres over time, the last time I drove in the rain was last december for ten minutes , then the roads were back to bone dry 5 minutes later , thats why cars just dont rust here , the problem we have here is you got to keep your car waxed here or the paint laquer gets scabby , many cars here look like they have flaky paint coz they were never waxed and parked in the sun , |

Tony, you know what the answer is, - turn the lc around the other way, the sun wont bother you then. Also, don't make us feel bad with all your sun, we may just come and live next door !
What is this 'dry' your both referring to ?? 🤔🤔 |

Got it now, just confirmed. Dry is what's referred to if the floor pan of a 120 hasn't rotted out ! 😂😂 |

Handbook describes reversing light bulbs as 'wedge shaped' but e bay suppliers seem reluctant to confirm LED bulbs, which I take it fit that description, as suitable for a TLc.
Is there more to the description which would confirm my choice. The standard reversing illumination is pathetic in the dry and useless when raining and there is nowhere practical to fit a supplementary lamp on a 120. I am mindful of the good advice to buy quality bulbs.

Dafydd, they are wedge or push in as opposed to bayonet. I gave Karl an item number for the ones I have, can't find at the moment, will get tomorrow. They are BRIGHT !! 😎😎 |

Got message my bulbs were delivered yesterday, but severe and continuous rain & gale stopped me walking down the lane to my post box. Looks like could be Fri before weather relents. That's the benefit of living in the hilly west!

Glad you like them Karl 🤗
Dafydd, I'd sooner live in the hilly west among the chickens than town or city, it still pissistantly rains there too, and the view is not as good.
Get those bulbs in, you know it makes sense. 😀 |
