Hi All,

I have a 100 series 1998 4.7 petrol and LPG which has no OBD socket only the diagnosis port under bonnet. Had trouble starting it before sending it for MOT and since its been there it wont start, I popped in a week ago and it fired up eventually and ran but every time the garage try the red immobiliser is on and wont go. Asked for a new key to be made and the guy doing the key said it had an immobiliser issue and didnt programme a new key?
Manual says i cant flash code it as its auto not sure if thats true ??
My question is firstly anyone have a clue how to rectify this from previous experience ?
Is there and LC specialists around Oxfordshire Gloucestershire area thats has time to sort it and MOT it before July?

Hoping one of you genius's can help

Russ

Have you looked for the OBD down next to the brake pedal, you need to bend right under to see it, have you only got one key? if not try starting with an alternative key.
