I have started getting a pop up which says "adproxy.exe" unable to find components I have tried a right hand click to see if I could delete it but nothing shows. any Ideas how I can get rid of it,

I use 3 free programs to keep my PC clean:

Adaware.
Spybot Search & Destroy.
Advanced Windows Care.

Do a Google search on each of the above and dowload for free.
One of them should sort it.

I also use Zone Alarms and AVG antivirus.
