Hi Folks,

Just a little WARNING. I have just hard wired my Origin B2 Radar Detector into my Amazon. If for any reason you have to pull out the panel(as I did) that covers the heating switches and Radio/CD  to get to the radio/CD or the vehicles wiring loom, go very carefully as in some Amazons (not all I might add) a small Ambient climate control sensor is glued to the plastic that covers the bank of heating switches behind the panel. If time is taken and the panel pulled forward with caution you will see the white connector unclip this before you pull the panel to far away from the dashboard.  If you do you will rip the two thin wires out of the sensor. I always thought my climate control never worked properly, now I know the reason why! No doubt some resistance would be felt as the wires parted, but then its too late. Take note as some fool had broken my one and it has cost me £28. plus vat to replace it. Just a WARNING
