Anyone know if the UK Colorado (1997) had an OBD2 socket? If it does, where is it? I cant find it.

no - its doesnt i am afraid

there is a diagnostic socket in engine bay, but its not OBDII
you can use paperclip to short 2 pins and read off flashing lights on dash to get error codes
there are instructions on here i am sure or elsewhere on web
