`986 HJ_60 fuel control relay

I'm just completing a frame on a 1986 HJ-60 Diesel.  The engine starts but the fuel control rely drops out after 30-40 seconds.  My wiring diagram does not give me a clear idea as to the sensor or control that keeps the fuel rely in .  Anyone have any information on this rely and the control sensor.
