Member on here for years but lost my login details, hence the new profile.
90 VX petrol auto with LPG conversion. New spark plugs.
Has been fine but since being serviced a couple of weeks ago petrol running is awful. Starts fine and idles ok but then no power unless I floor it, and I mean floor it. It will then run OK for a few seconds but when I try to accelerate again no power unless I floor it again.
LPG running is perfect, no problem at all.
Anyone have any ideas what could be the cause of this? As I said it was perfect until it was serviced. |

Hi , i would suggest inspecting petrol fuel pipes and filters , make sure everything's tight and not drawing in air . _________________ 1999 3.4 V6 Prado Snowy VZJ95 , LPG , full ss exhaust |

Mine had exactly that symptom and changing the Lambda fixed it.
To test disconnect the lambda sensor and see if it improves it. Still won't be right but it should be better. |
