what is the best rust reatment been looking at dinitrol for floor pans chassis has surface rust also built like a tank chassie rails corroded but surface rust |

Have a poke nose on Bilt Hambers website, i used a combination of their rust converter, two pack epoxy paints, and finished by underbody and cavity waxes (available in non clog large aerosols with brilliant probes) on our Scooby Outback...obviously after heavy rubbing down of the badly affected subframes.
The results are excellent and i'm a BH convert, i shall be doing similar work to the Collie this summer.
It appears much more expensive than the basic staple of rustproofing, but ease of use, relative cleanliness of the job combined with minimal waste makes it just as cost effective in the end, especially the speed accuracy and effective application. |

I'm a fan of Dinitrol - used it on our Landys when in the TA - can't get a much better advert than that LoL (it does meet a Mil Spec of some sort)
I have Waxoyl'd mine but kinda wish I never did it, looks good but worry what might be happening under the waxoyl. |
