I have just had my LC Amazon valetted:

The radio does not work
There is now a terrible knocking (like a fan hitting the bodywork) in the center of the dash
The carpets have been left sopping wet
The 'outside Temp' no longer displays.

Has anyone ever had anything similar? and how did you rectify?

PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not funny when you leave your car with so called valeters and they do that, when I owned my valeting businesses a few years ago I used to get a lot brought to me like that saying my car stinks after I got it valeted at what ever place, you need to get as much of that water out of your carpet as you can buddy and get it dried as it will stink other wise, hope you didn't pay them.

Thanks Sag, I have spent the morning removing the 2 rows of back seats to try and get the carpet up.

Hoping a reputable valeter will be able to save the carpets on Tuesday.

Just a quick update on the valet from hell

The car is now with the garage being assessed for repair and renewal of the carpets.

The insurance company is now chasing the valetters insurance for a payout.

Thanks for all your help.
