Hi all, I was just wondering if the ajustment bolt on the alternator is a right or left hand thread on the 100 series... thanks... brian.

You prolly don't need it anymore, but, the thread is normal.  You tighten the belt by turning clockwise, like tightening a standard bolt.

A Tip

Never ever tighten any belts, there is only one reason why a belt gets loose, and thats because its stretched and  WORN OUT.

You are far better to replace the belt for the cost of a belt and that way you know its not going to break at an awkward moment.
