I have a 1999 4.7 petrol amazon running on lpg and had misfire, difficulty starting and cutting out. Just been told that pressure too high and valves gone.

Does anyone have experience of engine rebuild cost, quality etc.
Am still looking around to see if I can get a complete engine.

Is it not just cheaper to have the heads rebuilt.

I don't have anyone who will take on the job. My previous experience in another car didn't go down well.

Any recommendations will be helpful. Am in Wolverhampton.
