I have a 2005 Land Cruiser D4D-auto. The radio/CD player has developed a fault. It turns on and I can change channels, switch to CD player and satnav, all displayed on the screen, but I get no sound on either radio or CD no matter how high I turn the volume (except for the satnav - satnav volume is fine). Also, there is a CD stuck inside that will not eject. If anyone has any ideas what the problem is and what the solution might be, I'd be grateful.
