2Gether Insurance have produced a scheme specifically for the UK Landcruiser market, including the full range of imports
You can contact them for a quote on our dedicated land-line : 01945 585322
by email : enquiries@2gi.co.uk
or alternatively submit an online quotation request by clicking HERE <-- Click to link
From February 1st 2010, 2Gether Insurance have an online 'Quote & Buy' system, (links below). While this online system is designed to give a great insurance deal, taking into account all available information, it's worth calling anyway, once you're done, to see if there's anything they can do manually to provide an even better policy, specifically for you.
There's also now an additional 15% OFF discount code that you can use in addition to the already great Club Deal:
Just add it where requested
Please note, 2Gether Insurance can only provide fully comp cover if you are aged 22 or over.
2Gether Insurance can provide cover for a wide range of vehicles, including non-Toyota motor insurance, but will provide specialist cover for the following :
Toyota Landcruiser Insurance
Toyota Colorado Insurance
Toyota Prado Insurance
Home & Contents Insurance
Caravan Insurance
Marine Insurance
Competitive breakdown cover

Try calling them - they are human! (And they haven't been off-shored either!)

The more members that sign up through 2GFS, the better the rates they are able to negotiate with the underwriters!
Glad to have been of service 8)

Just rang RBS who Im with at present and asked them what the cost would be to have the Prado instead of the Disco - quoted me over £600 notes - felt like a 17yr old not a 40 yr old???
Rang the one advised on the forum - £408 with £250 excess (compared to RBS £550 excess).
RBS breakdown cover £193 the one off here - £60????
No comparison - GOODBYE RBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I contacted the recommended "specialist" insurer 2GFS today and had a ten minute discussion about the existence of toyota FJ/BJ models! Computer says no is all I got back. Ridiculous and an equally ridiculous quote which I can't trust since the bloke wouldn't be told that the car didn't have a 3.9 litre engine. HELP!!!!

They would not insure mine, so I went back to the NFU.

Got a quote for my 96 3.0 Prado which was about £25 cheaper than Norwich Union who Im with, asked for policy details to be sent out so I could have a look. They hadnt turned up after a week. Rang them back and they said they would e mail them out. When I opened the e mail it was just a confirmation of the quote. Got the impression that they just couldnt be bothered, so have stated with NU. Not impressed! |

I also gave 2GFS a call yesterday as my insurance is up for renewal. They came in about 30% below Direct Line, plus ONLY £50 excess, no excess on glass etc. Direct Line had bumped my excess up to £425 for the upcoming year & wanted £75 excess for windscreen replacement Gimme a break!
So I called 2GFS this morning to confirm that I will be going with them! I believe the scheme 2GFS have put me onto is underwritten by Liverpool Victoria, which I see has had some favourable reviews by others on this forum.
Thanks again to TLOCUK for setting up the scheme - the more (time) I spend here, the more I save
I have more than recouped my modest investment in becoming a Lifetime Member!

I will not be going with them again!
Changes in staff
Dissinterested operator
Incorrect details on my insurance after 4 calls to put it right
All sorts of additional charges as I corrected their mistakes
No Green cards for the country I am visiting! _________________ regards Lawrence |

120 Series Land Cruiser = 2005
2GFS = £661.**
Axa insurance = £360.**
Sorry,
I don't think a phone call will chop off over £300.
