hello guys new 2 this and i think its great . seem 2 be realy stiff having 2 use both hands 2 move it from hi 2 lo and lo 2 hi. any tips or soloutions?

probably a rod seized up ..somewhere along the linkage trace it and give a good few squirts of WD40 don't force the lever you may buckle the rod and then be truly in the *beep*..  give a sqirt and leave 24 hours is my suggestion ..i can't find my haynes manual so i can't advise you much more ..let us know how it went

Have you got the main gear leaver on neutral?

radio two is correct in saying the gear shift T lever must be in N before you try to move the shift stick from H to L  
and you won't be told off twice for typing in text speak will ya  Laughing   just joking
