Well ...
It's an anti-spam measure ... to prevent spammers from signing up then immediately posting links to porn / drug / finance / etc websites ...
I'm sure you'll agree ... the minor inconvenience of having to make a few 'ordinary' posts AND being an active member for a few days is worth it, if it means that we don't have links to paedo sites etc appearing in the club forums

| No I totaly understand as I'm a mod on a forum and we had loads of problems to start with, How many posts should I be at to be allowed to post images? saves me having to keep trying and getting turned down |

You can post as much as you like ... it won't make ANY difference ... you need to meet both pre-requisites 
It's only a 'few' of each!
The exact amounts aren't published - I waste enough time dealing with spammers without making their efforts any easier
