Well, not a big job actually.

<embed width="448" height="361" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" src="http://s167.photobucket.com/flash/player.swf?file=http://vid167.photobucket.com/albums/u129/Sinamics/Rear indicators/STP80352.flv"></embed>

Buy 2 of these lamp holders T81555-60700
Buy 2 of these orange lamps T90981-15011

Slip under the back end, near side, then off side, and identify the 2 supply wires, 1 for the indicator, and one for the tail light for each side.
Open the rear trim inside by the jack for the near side, same trim for off side, and find the 2 wires each side, ( I should have made a note before applying insulation tape and sealing all up again)
Carefully expose the copper conductor without damaging any of the strands.
A quick twist with the short (500mm) wire to extend upwards into the respective clusters.
Slip on some flexible plastic protection, and pop the end into the cluster.

The tail light has the correct lamp holder and lamp already fitted, so just connect the wire to the correct terminal in the lamp holder.
The new indicator wire can be connected to the correct terminal on the new lamp holder.

More pic's to follow.
