Anyone know if this box will fit my pickup (HZJ75) thinking of buying  it as a spare ! Or more realistically to block a corner of my garage for ever more!

Unfortunately no.  The 3F gearbox has a 10 spline input shaft and the 1HZ has a 21 spline and they are also different lengths.
You can swap the shafts over but it requires complete disassembly.

The 3F will fit a 2H diesel with a 2H bellhousing.

The B 4cyl diesels have another input shaft again.

The 5 sp is a H55f gearbox and all t/cases will interchange
