Hi all, just realised I've posted a few times on here and have completely forgotten to do an introduction.

I'm Andy, owner of a 96' Colorado 3.0 (auto box) since Feb 2022.  The car had 187k miles on the clock when I bought it and an overheating issue.

I stripped the head off and fitted one of the thicker gaskets from Roughtrax along with a new rad, new hoses, Tridon thermostat (with 4mm bypass hole drilled) and a bigger fan off the 1HZ engine.

As of yesterday, it's done 85 miles without an overheating issue which is looking good (wouldn't have happened before), so things are looking potentially promising.

All that combined with a turbo I've ported and fitted a billet compressor wheel to, induction pipe and manifold ported, head ports polished, exhaust manifold ported (EGR ditched too) and all new Pedders shocks/springs and new trailing arms/panhard rod and the car is a very different beast to the one I limped home when I picked it up.

Looking forward to some very happy LC motoring!
