Hi I am new to 4x4 cars and am currently looking at a few land cruisers between 2010-2017  but not sure which model I need.
I know the Lc5 or invincible have the rear locker so are obviously more desirable but with so few around I thought I would ask more experienced members their opinions.
I drive around the uk and ireland throughout the year taking photos of different landscapes.
During my travels I go off road several times onto gravel tracks mud and wet grassy areas, I also go out in snow and ice to get photos.
Over the years I have gotten grounded  and stuck quite a few times.
I know that all terrain and winter tyres make the most difference so that is what I use.
So the question is do I need the rear locker of the invincible for what I do or would the icon model be able to get me out of  the difficult situations.
There seems to be conflicting info on the internet so I thought I would ask people who may be used to the uk and Irish conditions what they thought.
