Hello Bill, my brother did Morrocco and he said theres no reason you cant do a 'just go' trip especially as he had GPS coordinates from the trip he did i think maybe also with impala. Personally, not sure i would go anywhere 4x4 in Africa on a just go basis but having said that Tunisa was ok apart from beggars and Libya recce trip was great made better by ambush by the desert army with a flat bed sandcruiser + 20mm cannon!

Canvey eh? I was Leigh Beck junior, Furtherwick senior and lived at Northfalls, Seaview Road, Lionel Road and Third Avenue over the years! Last time there I think most caravan sites had been developed on, labworth actually became a resturaunt ..

small world innit? Kings caravan park is now a residential, and very nice too! the one at the Lobster Smack also looks like it could be too, and theLabworth needs 3months notice if you want to eat there on a saturday night!!! (really nice food and great service)  funny thing though, there are oodles of 'froaders on the island, you see them all the time, and a lot are well prepped too. Never seem to meet any on 'foadin events tho' You probably know that Furtherwick is sadly no more.....sold off for development... I think.
Maroc: a must do for any adventurer, although it is very easy to accomplish, its still a great drive and truly stunning, each trip has its own unfolding drama... hopefully with no tears. I am constantly planning the next excursion, sad aint I?
Best regards Bill Westley
